25 curlers from Kitchener-Waterloo and surroundings made their way to Detroit on November 5, 2010. The weather co-operated this year.
One carload went across the border by ferry from Sombra to Marine City. Their experience was positive enough to cause them to return the same way.
The curling competition was quite intense. For the second time in a row, Detroit took the trophy away from the Canadians. You can believe that in March in Canada the rocks will be flying!
